State of mind is a French niche perfume brand founded by Catherine Laskine-Balandina. The concept of this brand is to blend an experience of tea ceremony and perfumes.
Drinking tea brings you energy, calmness and the quiet mind, while perfumes adorn, give you the feeling of pleasure and help to express yourself. Both tea and perfumes create an aura of a person and its state of mind and soul.
Today I’ll review Aesthetic Turbulence State of Mind, gentle and meditative perfume for women and for men.
Fragrance review of Aesthetic Turbulence State of Mind
Despite the name, Aesthetic Turbulence is not a turbulence, but contemplation.
This perfume is like sitting somewhere in the garden, listening to the birdsong, feeling and enjoying the wind and the moment, because beauty is hidden in this fleeting moment.
This fragrance is about harmony. And I find this harmony the cornerstone of beauty and aesthetics.
And aesthetics, in turn, is a prism of perception of everything.
Aesthetic Turbulence State of Mind is very tender and even meditative fragrance. It opens with the bright and delightful notes of green and oolong teas.
Mandarine gives this perfume its fresh scent with a slight sweetness, while red pepper gives Aesthetic Turbulence its spicy and warm sound.
The heart of this fragrance consists of a sensual floral bouquet featuring jasmine and immortelle notes.

The base of Aesthetic Turbulence is represented by the deep and tantalizing duo of licorice and labdanum notes. Licorice gives this perfume its expressive and warm scent with sweet and balsamic nuances, while the note of labdanum gives this fragrance its enveloping aroma with ambery accents.

Aesthetic Turbulence State of Mind is very pleasant and relaxing fragrance. It is refreshing and green but at the same time deep and balsamic.
This perfume will bring you a lot of joy and a sense of beauty, because everything is beautiful what you are looking at with love.
Notes: Oolong Tea, Mandarine, Green Tea Pearls, Jasmine, Immortelle, Red Pepper, Licorice, Labdanum.
If it were a place, it would be a beautiful garden.
If it were a color, it would be soft green.
If it were one word, it would be a contemplation.
P.S I have also tried «Secret of Success» tea by State of Mind. This tea is very delicious and flavorous. It is Japanese Sencha green tea with grapefruit, cinnamon, rosemary and caraway seeds.
As it is written on the website of State of Mind, this tea gives «the energy for action and the taste of success», and it’s true.
