The chief perfumer of Regalien Perfumes, Sylvain Cara, is a professional perfumer who graduated from the famous school ISIPCA in Versailles-France.
Sylvain refined his art in Le Labo Fragrances in New York and then perfected his skills under the auspices of Patricia de Nikolai, the granddaughter of Jean-Paul Guerlain.
Now Sylvain Cara lives in Istanbul, where he creates the luxurious fragrances for Regalien.
Today I’ll review White Gold Regalien, a gorgeous and joyful woody-floral perfume with a delightful ambery sound.
Perfume Review of White Gold Regalien
White Gold opens with a glowing citrus-fruity mix on a profound woody-balsamic background.
Bergamot gives this fragrance its juicy and refreshing scent that is softened by the velvety sweetness of plum and pear notes.
In turn, ozonic accord brings additional lightness to White Gold and invites us into a voluptuous floral heart featuring rose, jasmine, and orris.
The note of rose is perfectly complemented by the sensuality and light sweetness of jasmine, while orris adds a very exquisite powdery texture.
Meanwhile, labdanum gives this perfume its deep and expressive ambery scent accompanied by the earthy-woody nuances of patchouli.
