Have you ever wanted to create your own perfume that would smell the most unusual way? If yes, keep reading this post because today I’ll review the Layers\02 Experimental Perfume Club London.
As in the case with the Layers\01, this collection features 3 fragrances that can be worn individually and can be layered or blended together in order to create your own perfume.
All fragrances can be blended together in endless possible combinations.
You can also blend the Layers from different collections to create even more unique and personalized fragrance.
All you have to do is to read the guideline, choose the formula offered in the guideline or create the formula by yourself and enjoy your own fragrance found nowhere else.

The collection Layers\02 Experimental Perfume Club consists of the Top, Middle, and Base layers, each of which is a very beautiful and sophisticated fragrance.
The Top layer is represented by a refreshing and tantalizing fragrance with the notes of fig and neroli in the head. This layer also includes the notes of Tunisian orange blossom, Haitian vetiver, Paraguay petitgrain, basil, and Siam benzoin.
The Mid layer of this collection is a story about the queen of the flowers, the rose. This note is beautifully complemented by rhubarb, blackcurrant leaves, peony, and white musks. It is a very lovely and impressive floral fragrance.
The Base layer is all about a deep amber complemented by the note of powdery iris. This seductive duo is also wrapped in the notes of Somalian incense, labdanum, myrrh, Indonesian patchouli, and vanilla.
So, let’s create a new fragrance with Layers\02!
To create my new perfume, I decided to choose the formula «Amber Rose» recommended by the perfumer Emmanuelle Moeglin.
With this formula (2 parts of Rose / Rhubarb Layer + 6 parts of Amber/Iris Layer) you can get a very deep and alluring floral-oriental fragrance.
To make my perfume even more unique, I decided to experiment and to add 1 part of Bergamot / Incense Layer from the collection Layers\01.
Therefore, the final formula of my fragrance looks this way: 1 part of Bergamot / Incense Layer + 2 parts of Rose / Rhubarb Layer + 5 parts of Amber / Iris Layer.
And what is the result?
In the following days, my perfume will mature to become rounder and softer, but it already smells very beautiful and attractive. It has a lovely balsamic scent with the delightful powdery accents.
